The Birthday Party!

It's amazing that a year ago I drove 30 minutes to the NICU to see our granddaughter, who was just 1 lb. 14 ounces. We turn around and here it is... her first birthday! She's up to 15 pounds and completely on track! Time marches on. It seems like just a few months ago that Chloe's big brother was a newborn. He turns 4 in a couple of weeks. Chris and Sonia did a terrific job of combining their children's birthday parties... A Knight and Princess Party!

It wasn't enough for our Jayden to simply ride the horse.... he had to do stunt tricks, too...

Honestly... the boy had to turn around and ride backwards. Don't know what that baby was thinkin'!

It was a beautiful day... with fun and family and friends...

Princess got a little tired...

Jayden had a bit of fun...

Christopher had a great day, too...
